Abstract：The Lanzhou Xincheng Yellow River Bridge is the first PC tic-bar-arch structure in China. It has opened to traffic 40 years and over. This paper introduces the static and dynamic load test and the theory analysis of this bridge. The conclusions of the bearing capacity and the safety evaluation of the bridge are also presented.
