Abstract：Aiming at the defects on concrete surface easy occurring in the construction of tunnel lining,such as bubble on surface，cavity on top, joint gap and oil sign on arch, this paper proposes the suggestions to construction technique, materials proportion and optimum as well as construction preparation, lining grouting， including the prevention measures in order to eliminate the defects of appearance quality on concrete of tunnel secondary lining.
