Abstract:Research purposes: The purposes are to meet the requirement of quality of current collection of pantograph and OCS for 200km/h electrified railway in mountain area.
Research methods: The detailed introduction is given to different catenary suspension modes, application of accessories and materials quality for different sections under condition that the lowest height of catenary is 6330mm on Suining-Chongqing Railway. It shows the importance of adopting materials with high strength and good tenacity for catenary fittings and light and anti-vibration structure for high-speed railway.
Research results: The analysis is made for the test through test data. The contact force between pantograph and OCS is between 40~200 N. It shows new type fittings can meet the quality requirement of current collection of pantograph and OCS.
