Abstract:Research purposes: In order to ensure the safe production of a large—sized steelworks during the upgrading,the health monitoring was used for monitoring the safety and safety evaluation of the over—bridge structure to support the roller way.Through on—site tests and theoretical calculation of the over—bridge structure,the health monitoring system for the over—bridge structure was designed.
Research conclusions: The responses of the over—bridge structure to the vibration,stress and deformation were calculated and analyzed with finite—element analysis model for the over—bridge structure,and the monitoring contents and monitoring spots arrangement of the monitoring system were determined according to the control requirements for rough steel rolling.The monitored results indicate that the performance of the health monitoring system has satisfied the design requirements and the results can he as the reference to the similar health monitoring system for over—bridge structure.
