摘要

研究目的:郑西客运专线是设计时速高达350 km 的高标准客运专线之一。10 kV电力贯通线路如采用全电缆方案,在大大提高供电可靠性的同时,增大了电缆线路对地电容电流和相间电容电流等技术难题。通过研究与分析,提出解决方案。
研究结论:针对全电缆方案引起线路对地电容电流和相间电容电流增大的技术难题, 经研究提出在沿线适当位置设置三相补偿电抗器, 同时系统接地采用中性点经小电阻接地方式, 可使全电缆线路电容电流得到适当补偿, 达到安全运行的目的。

Abstract

Research purposes:Zheng zhou-Xi'an Passenger Dedicated Line is one of the 350km/h passenger dedicated lines in China. If the 10kV continuous power transmission line of underground cable is used, the reliability of the power supply will be enhanced much, but at the same time, the ground capacitance current and phase capacitance current of the cable power line will be increased. To these problems this paper gives solutions by studying.
Research conclusions:For the increases of ground capacitance current and phase capacitance current of cable power line, three-phase compensation reactors are installed in the appropriate place along railway line and the neutral grounding system with low resistance is used for the grounding of power system in order to compensate capacitance current.
