Abstract:Research purposes: Construction of the cement emulsified-asphalt mortar filling layer of CRTSⅡ slab ballastless track requires high technology and this technology is applied in China for a short time. Establishing, improving and implementing the management system for the construction technology are essential to the construction quality control of the mortar filling layer.
Research conclusions: From the construction of the cement emulsified-asphalt mortar layer of the ballastless track of the Hangzhou-Ningbo Passenger Dedicated line,it was concluded the development organization would begin with strengthening the management to focus on the system building, personnel training, source control and process management to form a full set of the technical management system for the construction quality control of mortar filling layer.
