Abstract:Research purposes:The Houma—Xinxiang—Shijiu RailwayRailway,parallel with the Liangyungang—Lanzhou Railway.is a double—line electrified railway for the mixture of the passenger and freight traffic and a part of the transportation corridor.With the increase of the traffic volume,its transportation capacity is rather tight.The neighbor railways that can divert the freight traffic is currently under construction and the tight situation of the transportation capacity of the Houma—Xinxiang—Shijiu Railway can be relaxed after completion of the neighbor railways.The main technical standards and freight flow directions of the railways in the corridor are different because the Houma——Xinxiang——Shijiu Railway joins with the Jiaozuo—Liuzhou,Beijing—Guangzhou and Beijing—Kowloon railways.How to enhance the coal transport capacity of the railway with small investment in a short period of time is the urgent problem to be solved for enhancing the transportation capacity of the coal from west to east.
