Abstract:Research purposes : The displacement of the subway shield mining tunnel both on the horizontal and vertical direction is obtained by analyses of the monitoring data after the tunnel transferred to the track laying contractor, the displacement achieved to 19. lcm, which exceed the code limit and affect the function of the running tunnel. Through the study the reason of the excursion of the tunnel is analyzed and the measures is proposed.
Research conclusions: The space between the segment and the surrounding rock is empty after in suit drilling ascertairunent and the GRR detect, so the groundwater permeates into the space,then the running tunnel is submerged in the groundwater. Under the influence of the construction load and other stochastic effect, the stiffness of the tunnel on the longitudinal direction is deficient and then the excursion happens. The running tunnel became steady after the space is filled by the secondary double-grout. The measures can be used in the similar tunnel engineering.
