Abstract:Research purposes: With the improved requirements of railway transport capacity and development of heavy haul railway,the axle load on rail,loading capacity and running speed have increased with result in increasingly outstanding diseases of railway subgrade. So there is a great need to explore a rapid strengthening method of subgrade structure of heavy haul railway under operating conditions. Based on the Mohr-Coulomb ideal elastic-plastic model with which cement soil piles to strengthen subgrade of heavy haul railway are simulated,the cement soil piles'controlling effect on settlement and deformation of heavy haul railway subgrade,the strengthening effect of cement soil piles and the strengthening effect of reinforced cement soil piles have been studied in this article.
Research conclusions ; Through the numerical analysis of reinforcing heavy haul railway subgrade by cement soil piles,it is shown that:(1)The maximum settlement of subgrade surface distributed in the center of heavy vehicle line. (2)The cement soil piles can control the settlement of subgrade surface and horizontal displacement of slope effectively,with increasing the number of rows of cement-soil piles,the constraints effect on deformation of subgrade are more obvious. (3)The piles can disperse the tensile stress and enhance the entirety of cement soil piles effectively after being reinforced.(4)Using reinforced cement soil piles is an effective method for reinforcement which can be applied to rapid reinforcement for heavy haul railway subgrade under operating conditions.
