Abstract Through the discussion on conceptions of transfer contracting of engineering project and the unlawful division of contracting of project，the differences between the transference and division of contracting ,as well as the labour affairs，arc defined clearly. Several suggestions arc proposed concerned with how to slove these problems. It has certain practical meanings for further standardization of the railway architectural market.
