Abstract Research purposes: The structure or foundation of urban mass transit usually distort, resulting in track distortion and irregularity which serious endanger the traffic safe, so it is very important to monitor the track distortion of urban mass transit for the purposes of keeping accidents away and guaranteeing the safe running of urban mass transit.
Research results: The difficult and key points and monitoring requirements are presented for treating the track distortion and the proposals of installing adjustable iron bracket, lowering the tie elevation and laying integral roadbed are made. The analytic research is done on what construction technique and new materials should be adopted for the integral roadbed.
