Genetic Mechanism and Treatment Measures of Landslide for Cutting Slope |

Abstract Research purposes: Based on the comprehensive surveys of the engineering geological investigation, drilling, geophysical prospecting and engineering test, analyzed systematically the genetic mechanism of Daboluohei landslides for Kunming-Guilin Railway by means of researching the engineering geological environment, mined-out area influence, rainfall and construction and so on, and proposed the treatment measures of the landslide. This paper put forward the treatment measures and analysis methods with the reference to the similar projects.
Research conclusions:(1)The landslide formation was mainly affected by the stratigraphic lithology and mined-out area, the dilative rocks such as sandstone and mudstone which formed under the special sedimentary environment had the characteristics of poor diagenesis and low mechanical strength, and the disturbance ring which formed because of the mined-out area further reduced the mechanical strength of the regional stratigraphic lithology. (2)The in-situ rock strength parameters were low more than the parameters of working drawing, the slide force of rock mass is greater than the resistant force of the anti-slide piles, and it caused the first row piles overturning deformation. After the first level excavation slope slid, it resulted in the anchoring depth of the second row piles decreased short more than previous environment, and caused ultimately the second row piles inclination and deformation, and in the end the engineering landslide formed.(3)The failure modes of the engineering landslide presented the over-type damage of its low part and crack-type damage of its upper part. (4)For the treatment measures of the landslide, first cut upper part of the landslide, and then design reasonably anti-slide piles by the mechanical index, at last set up the drainage measures of the surface water and underground water.(5)The research conclusions can be widely applied in the survey and construction of cutting slope in similar geological condition of railway and highway.
