摘要

本文介绍了3种混凝土施工技术,系在现场实践中总结出来的行之有效的新型工艺技术。其中,防水混凝土的施工,描述的是在对防水混凝土的主要施工工序进行改进的基础上,形成的一套先进合理的施工方法,重点解决了在大面积浇筑时,大批量使用钢模板的问题。这种方法在提高抗渗效果上,有显著功效。中小型蓄水池钢筋混凝土一次性整体浇筑技术,是针对天津动力机厂粒化水池而研究的,这种整体浇注技术,对防渗漏现象具有突出效果。后张预应力混凝土施工方法,是目前应用比较普遍的一种施工技术,文中所介绍的是其在大型房架施工中的现场运用问题, 关键在于依靠施工过程的严密组织,从而保证较高的施工质量和效益。

Abstract

The paper int roduces three kinds of const ruction technique for concrete w hich are the new -ty pe ef fectiv e techno logies summari zed f rom the practices in situ. At fi rst , the const ructio n tech nique of w aterpro of co ncrete i s described. It 's a set of the adva nced reaso nable construction metho d accomplished on the basis of the improv ed co nstruction procedure fo r the w aterproo f concrete. This method has signi fica nt effect for raising th e a nti-leakage quality. Seco ndly, the pa per int roduces the tech nolog y o f ov erall at once g ro uting method fo r medium-scale and smal l-scale reinfo rced co ncrete w ater reserv oi rs w hich w ere resea rched and applied specially fo r constructing the g ranular reserv o r of Tianjin Pow er Machinery Works. Thi s technolog y has o utstanding ef fect of a nti-leakage. Finally , the post-tensioning prest ress construction metho d fo r co ncrete is also described. It 's a kind o f co nst ructio n technique mo re w idely applied in recent years co ncerned wi th the applica tion problems in si tu fo r co nst ructing large-scale building structures. Tha key of this method is relied on the st rict org anization o f i ts co nst ructio n procedure so as to guarantee a high const ruction quali ty and the better benefi ts.
