摘要

本文以上海廖创兴金融中心大厦75.5 m深钻孔桩施工经验为例,作为专题研究项目,详细介绍了 深钻孔桩的主要施工技术和方法,解决深钻孔桩施工中的泥浆护壁、防孔斜、防塌孔等所采取的措施,达到 保证安全、快速、优质、按期完成工程目的。

Abstract

Taking the construction experiences of 75. 5 m deep bored piles for the Mansion of Liao Chuang- Xi ng Financial Centre in Shanghai City as example,a special research problem on deep bored piles had been put forward- The main construction technique and methods for constructing these deep bored piles are introduced in this paper. The adopted measures for applying the stabiliced liquid method and for preventing inclined borehole and the landslide in borehole are also proposed, so as to guarantee the safety operation, rapid, high quality and to complete the project on time.
