本文通过对北京地铁复八线工程中几个施工案例的说明，详细论述了地铁设计和施工中防水等级、防治水原则及结构渗漏水的原因及治理，是今后城市地铁工程设计和施工中可借鉴的宝贵经验。

Based on several examples in construction of Fuxingmen-Bawangfen Double Line of Beijing Subway, this paper describes the degree of waterproof and control principle of water in subway design and construction, analyzes the causes of structural percolating water and its treatment, which can provide good experience to subway design and construction in future.
