摘要

本文从阐述国有大中型建筑企业实施主辅分离、辅业改制分流政策的出台背景人手,较详细地分析了积 极推进主辅分离、改制分流工作的重要性和必要性,并指出在此项工作中需注意掌握的几个环节和选择的几个 因素。可供欲进行此类工作的管理人员参考。

Abstract

On the base of describing the police background of "separating secondary lines of business from core business and turning secondary lines into independent companies' for state-owned large and medium construction enterprise, this paper analyses the importance and necessity of "separating secondary lines of business from core business and turning secondary lines into independent companies' ,presents several links and factors which should be paid attention to in execution of this policy, for reference to such work done by other enterprise.
