研究目的:以法国铁路高速道岔技术为对象,对其高速道岔的研制理念、研制理论、关键技术进行研究与分析,以期对我国铁路高速道岔的设计理念、结构设计、设计技术提供借鉴。
研究结论:通过对法国铁路高速道岔主要技术特性的研究与分析,阐述了其系统化的设计理念和出发点;将道岔结构与无缝线路整合技术进行有机结合,才能保证道岔线形的稳定;严格控制道岔的制造精度,才能保证道岔几何形位的高平顺性;坚持工电一体化设计理念,使锁闭系统适应尖轨、心轨的自由伸缩,才能确保道岔的安全可靠运行。所有这些为我们全面掌握高速道岔技术提供了借鉴。
Research purposes: This paper researches the development concept,development theory and key technologies of French high—speed turnout SO as to offer references to the design concept,design technology and structural design of Chinese high—speed turnout.
Research conclusions: Having done the overall research on the development concept,development theory and key technologies of French high—speed turnout,this paper presents the main technical characteristics of French high—speed turnout.The good integration of turnout structure with welded rail can ensure the stability of turnout geometry.The strict control of manufacturing precision can ensure the good regularity of turnout geometry and position.And the design concept of the mechanical—electrical integration can make the adaptation of locking system to free expansion of blade and point rails to ensure the safety and reliability of turnout behavior.All these can be as the references to our design of high—speed turnout.
