Abstract:Research purposes: As an important indicator of new railway network influence assessment and economic evaluation,new railway network effectiveness refers to the effect of other lines' flows increasing and benefits adding on the net. In order to calculate this effectiveness which are caused by the demands of the same-line and cross-line brought from the new railway after the original car flows routing,this paper puts forward the composition and the calculating method of the new railway's network effectiveness based on the externality theory.
Research conclusions:(1)According to the assignment of network and optimization of railway car flow routing,this paper builds a multi-objective optimization model to calculate the new railway's network benefits.(2 ) By dividing the network OD trips structure with importance of OD nodes,it gives out the model's algorithms and calculating steps. And an example is given to verify the efficiency of the model and the algorithms.(3)This method can be used in new railway network effectiveness's calculation and railway construction project economic benefits evaluating.
