摘要

摘要:研究目的:在高承压水环境下,本文某实际工程中盾构始发掘进过程为背景,针对泥水盾构在该地质条 件下始发过程中易出现的盾构姿态失稳问题,从控制调整油缸压力、增加注浆量、及时纠偏盾构姿态等几个方 面,总结提出一种泥水盾构始发姿态失稳控制技术,为类似工程提供参考。 研究结论:( 1)掘进过程中对土压力、推力、扭矩等主要掘进参数不断进行分析总结,及时调整控制,将参 数控制在正常合理的范围内,保证盾构正常掘进;(2)应保证监测的连续性和精确性,监测数据的连续观测对 其施工过程将要出现的风险是一个很好的反馈,并能让现场施工人员及时采取处理措施,可以有效地避免险 情的发生'(3)多次复核盾构姿态等参数,并且管片安装时预留一定的自由度,确保随后每一环的盾构掘进达 到预期目标;(4)本文提出的针对泥水盾构始发时盾构姿态失稳的控制方案可以供类似工程参考借鉴。

Abstract

Abstract :Research purposes: In this paper,water under high pressure environment,a practical engineering tunneling shield origination process background Shield instability problems for slurry shield the originating process under the geological conditions in the prone,from the control to adjust cylinder pressure,increase the amount of grouting,timely corrective shield and other aspects,summarizes proposed a slurry shield instability originating attitude control technology to provide reference for similar projects. Research conclusions : ( 1 ) During the excavation of earth pressure, force, torque,and other major tunneling parameters continuously analyzed and summarized,timely adjustment of control parameters and reasonable control in the normal range,to ensure normal tunneling shield. (2) Ensure the accuracy and the risk of continuous observation of the monitoring data that will appear on its construction process detected a continuity of good feedback, and allow field personnel to take timely action,can effectively avoid the danger happened. (3) Review of several parameters such as shield and reserve the tube sheet to install certain degree of freedom, and then to ensure that each ring of shield tunneling to achieve the desired objectives. (4) The proposed departure time for slurry shield shield instability control of the control program can give a reference for similar projects.
