Abstract：Research purposes ： Coping witli the increasingly prominent technical standards conflict in the course of China railway globalization， this paper focuses on the attributes，contents， and overseas cases in Chinese railway engineering construction technical standard system and the European * s ，which has the largest influence in the world，in order to improve China* s current technical standard system and provide a reference for t!ie China railway 11 going global" strategy. Research conclusions：( 1 ) The constraints on M going global" of the cuirent China railway engineering construction technical standards are put forward， including national situation differences，system stricture differences，theoretical differences，etc. (2) In accordance with the prnciple of 11 self - oiented，open and compatible"，the implementation plan for the globalization of China railway engineerng constriction technical standards is proposed based on the current China railway situation，which covers the China technical standard introduction，compatibility and intercommunication of the domestic and foreign technical standards， adjustment of technical standard system and so on. (3) The research results can provide references fr the improvement of the existing technical standard system in China and the implementation of Chinee railway " going global " strategy.
