摘要:研究目的:南京地铁2号线上海路站~新街口站区间矿山法隧道在掘进过程中局部穿越强透水粉土粉 砂地层,导致隧道内涌水涌砂,为了及时封闭渗流路径、同时将对周边环境的影响降到最低,需要采取一种安 全、可靠、适用性强的技术措施。研究结论:通过技术、经济比选并利用大型有限元软件ADINA建立隧道涌水段冻结温度场及冻结加固后 的隧道开挖力学数值模型,经计算分析后获得如下结论:(1)通过对涌水成因的分析及对止水方案的对比分 析,并结合数值计算,验证了人工冻结技术在工程中的可行性;(2)在进行冻结管布置时,间距不宜大于 120 cm,以便保证冻土帷幕的有效性;(3 )冻土帷幕厚度控制在1.6 ~2. 0 m是安全合理的;(4 )冻结后隧道开 挖应采取必要的临时支撑措施;(5)人工冻结法作为有效的止水及支护工法,在矿山法隧道穿越透水地层过 程中具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract

Abstract : Research purposes : During the construction of tunnel with subsurface excavation of Shang - Xin tunnel in Nanjing metro line No. 2 water inrush and gushing mud disaster occured. A safe, reliable and strong applicability technical measure must be used to close seepage path. At the same time impact on surrounding environment must be minimized. Research conclusions: Numerical model of freezing thermal field and tunnel excavation is built for water inflowing tunnel in Shang - Xin tunnel of Nanjing metro line No. 2 by ADINA to solve the problem. (1 ) The calculation result and engineering practice demonstrated that the application of vertical artificial freezing can effectively solve the problem of muddy burst in subsurface tunnel. (2) The distance of freezing pipes should less than 1. 2 meter so as to get effective freezing wall. (3) Thickness of frozen wall keeping in 1. 6 ?2. 0 m is safe and reasonable. (4 ) Temporary support measures must be taken on the procession of tunnel excavation after frozen. (5 ) Artificial freezing method as an effective check water and supporting method in mining method in the process of the tunnel through the permeable layer has extensive application prospect.
