特长隧道TBM适应性评价方法

摘要

研究目的: 通过调研国内外已有TBM施工案例,结合近年来TBM设备发展、施工水平的提高,分析研究敞开式TBM处理各不良地质问题时所采取的措施,对TBM处理极硬岩、岩爆、软岩大变形、断层破碎带、涌水涌泥等不良地质工程措施及TBM适应性进行评价,并提出量化评价TBM适应性方法。
研究结论: (1)通过对案例的分析,得到TBM穿越极硬岩、岩爆、软岩大变形、断层破碎带、涌水涌泥等不良地质的适应性评价结论;(2)结合既有特长隧道辅助坑道方案调研分析,提出辅助坑道条件系数,量化评价辅助坑道条件;(3)量化给出了各类型不良地质TBM适应性评价系数;(4)结合辅助坑道条件及不良地质TBM适应性,提出了TBM选用原则,并对既建TBM隧道工程进行评价,显示TBM选用原则适用性较好;
(5)本研究成果可应用于山区特长隧道TBM工法适应性评价。

Abstract

Research purposes: Through the investigation of existing TBM construction cases at home and abroad, combined with the development of TBM equipment and the improvement of construction level in recent years, the measures taken by open TBM to deal with various adverse geological problems were analyzed and studied, and the adverse geological engineering measures of TBM to deal with extremely hard rock, rock burst, large deformation of soft rock, fault fracture zone, water inrush and auxiliary tunnel conditions and the adaptability of TBM were evaluated, and a quantitative evaluation method for TBM adaptability was proposed.
Research conclusions: (1)Through the analysis of the case, the adaptability evaluation of TBM through extremely hard rock, rock burst, large deformation of soft rock, fault fracture zone, water and mud inflow and other adverse geology is obtained.(2)Combined with the investigation and analysis of the existing special tunnel auxiliary tunnel scheme, the auxiliary tunnel condition coefficient is proposed, and the auxiliary tunnel conditions are quantitatively evaluated.(3)The evaluation coefficients of TBM adaptability are quantified under various types of adverse geological conditions.(4)Combined with the auxiliary tunnel conditions and the adaptability of adverse geological TBM, the TBM selection principle is proposed, and the existing TBM tunnel project is evaluated, showing that the TBM selection principle has good applicability.(5)The research results can be applied to the adaptability evaluation of TBM construction method for super long tunnels in mountainous areas.
