研究目的: 针对传统铁路客站枢纽布局规划存在的与城市功能的耦合度不足、未进行交通一体化考虑和未充分考虑城市的交通承载力等问题,从规划原则和交通枢纽布局规划两个维度进行深入探讨,以得到最优交通枢纽布局规划结果。
研究结论: (1)规划原则,即与区域发展格局相协调、与城市总体规划相协调和在城市各个方向合理分散布局客运枢纽;(2)交通枢纽布局规划要人性化、特色化,构建内部交通组织和交通系统要素的集合;(3)通过对综合交通枢纽对外交通空间与市内交通空间的建构整合进行分析论证,根据现在乘客的基本需求,从设计上化繁为简,极大提升效率的同时,也为服务提升了舒适度,所提出的布局规划最为合理;(4)本研究结论可供铁路客站枢纽规划借鉴。
Abstract
Research purposes: In response to the problems of insufficient coupling between traditional railway passenger station hub layout planning and urban functions, insufficient consideration of transportation integration, and insufficient consideration of urban transportation carrying capacity, this paper conducts in-depth exploration of the planning principles and transportation hub layout planning dimensions, and obtains the optimal transportation hub layout planning results.
Research conclusions: (1)The planning principle should follow the concept of coordinating with the regional development pattern, coordinating with the overall urban planning, and reasonably dispersing the layout of passenger transport hubs in various directions of the city.(2)The layout planning of transportation hubs should be humanized and characterized, and the collection of internal transportation organization and transportation system elements should be constructed.(3)By analyzing and demonstrating the outside urban transportation and inside city transportation space of integrated transportation hub, not only design process can be simplified based on the basic needs of passengers but also efficiency and comfort level of service will be improved significantly. Consequently, the layout planning proposed in this way is the most reasonable.(4)The research conclusion can serve as a reference for the planning of railway passenger station hubs.
