摘要

研究目的:国内大型综合交通体工程具有涉及行业多、技术体系复杂、施工组织难度大等特点,验工计价作为工程建设管理的关键环节,面临着建造数据繁杂、追溯难度大,数据链条长、计价效率要求高,计价方式多元、一体化管理挑战大等难题,研究并提出进度、质量与投资控制基线,构建适用于多行业工程数字化验工计价管理模型,全面支撑复杂工程数字化验工计价管理。
研究结论:(1)分析总结多行业工程验工计价影响因素,创建适用于精细化管理的工程实体结构(EBS)、工作任务结构(WBS)和工程量清单(QList)标准化数据模板,建立具有唯一身份标识的实体工程最小建造单元孪生对象,实现EBS、WBS与QList关联映射关系;(2)提出了进度、质量、投资“三位一体”总体控制基线,并构建了基于工程量与质量双重认定的多行业工程数字化验工计价管理模型;(3)在雄安新区综合交通体工程项目开展应用实践,实现了多行业工程验工计价的实时交互与数字化管理;(4)本研究成果可为类似工程验工计价管理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract

Research purposes: Large-scale integrated transportation projects involve a series of project issues, such as involving muti-industries, technical systems, and construction tasks that are difficult to organize. As a key link of engineering construction management, inspection pricing is faced with some difficulties such as complex construction data, difficult traceability, long data chain, high pricing efficiency requirements, diversified pricing methods, and integrated management challenges. This paper studies and puts forward the baseline of progress, quality, and investment control, and builds a management model for multi-industry engineering digital laboratory pricing.
Research conclusions: (1) Analyze and summarize the influencing factors of multi-industry engineering inspection pricing, create the standardized data template of Engineering Breakdown Structures (EBS), Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and engineering quantity list (QList) suitable for fine management, establish the twin object of the minimum construction unit of the physical project with a unique identity, and realize the association mapping relationship between EBS, WBS and QList. (2) Put forward the "trinity" overall control baseline of progress, quality, and investment, and constructed the multi-industry whole-process digital laboratory valuation management model based on the double identification of engineering quantity and quality. (3) Carry out application practice in the comprehensive transportation engineering project of Xiongan New Area, achieving real-time interaction and integrated management of multi-industry engineering inspection and valuation. (4) The research results could provide a reference for construction management evaluation in similar projects.
