Abstract：Research purposes: This article put forward that disaster prevention and safety monitoring system as a latest, integrated system for natural disaster monitoring and precaution is one of the most important technical measures to ensure the train of special railway for passenger transport moving safely with high speed. By now there hasn’t any example of design and application of this system, so we urgently need an integrated resolved scheme.
Research methods: This article combined with the related railway project provides the design scheme for DPSMS, analyzed and researched the composing, monitoring function and system setting etc. of the disaster prevention and safety-monitoring system in detail.
Research Conclusions: This article gives an integrated resolved scheme for DPSMS, and offers some beneficial references to the system design and construction of special railwang for passenger transport in China.
