Abstract:Research purposes ; Different exploring methods result in different values in the same place. Using one method is not enough, especially in the areas we are not very familiar with. This paper comparatively analyzes the experimental achievements in integrated exploring for Tianjin TEDA Technological and Industrial District for the purpose of obtaining the coefficient relation among some exploring methods to provide the basis for confirming the characteristic value of bearing capacity and indicating the advantage of integrated exploring methods in geotechnique survey.
Research conclusions: The value from the cone penetration test is approximate to that from loading test. The value from the drill and sampling has a large deviation. The value deviation from the general dynamic penetration will become larger as the depth increases. The coefficients are as follows : 0. 9 - 1. 1 for the cone penetration; 0. 5 -1. 2 for the drill and sampling ; 0. 6 -1. 0 for the general dynamic penetration.
