Abstract:Research purposes : The existing computation process of three-dimensional coordinate determination of space resection for track adjustment is made in the way of separating planar with elevation determination, which is not theoretically strict, so the study is done in this paper on this issue.
Research conclusions: The improved mathematical model is established on the base of slope-distance, horizontal direction and zenith angle as observations collected by free stationing of total station. The testing data shows that the model is effective and reliable and with this method the accuracy of track positioning can be greatly improved and the regularity of track can be enhanced, so the research result can be widely used in ballastless track adjustment.
