Abstract：Research purposes: It is to research current situation and problems to be solved of informationnization management system for construction projects，and to provide references to constructions and developments of informationnization management system for construction projects and civil engineering industry.
Research methods: Based on investigation and research into current situation of 37 projects which are in construction， this papaer deeply discusses requirements of informationnization system for projects and gives some executing proposals against urgent demand of job sites. At the same time，problems to be solved are further analyzed.
Research conclusions: It is very necessary to make abroad applications of information system for civil projects，and basic conditions have been in use. Major requirements of the system are a multilayer management structure，a new construction procedure focusing on data management，and an integration system covering construction cycle of projects. To strengthen adaptability of the system to new surroundings focusing on project management and to build knowledge- repositories of projects by accumulating project information are also very important. The key contents of the system are to make standardization of work breakdown structures，to combine the system with general systems and industry software seamlessly，and to construct enterprise quotas which can response objective costs for different enterprise.
