Abstract:Research purposes:Before construction of Mingan open tunnel of Xiamen Submarine Tunnel, water was collected in many ditches and depression areas near the tunnel portal. The foundation base of the inverted arch was under grounder water table line. Before filling soil for the open tunnel, many cross hoop tensile crack arisen by uneven settlement happened on the structures of the open tunnel. Assuming the tunnel had hollow elastic grade beam structure, the ANSYS 10.0 finite element software and the structure-load model were used to calculate the flexural torque for determining the safety coefficient and the load characteristics of the structure for the purpose of providing the theoretical basis for working out the reasonable disposal scheme.
Research conclusions:(1) During the grouting, more attention should be paid to the grouting pressure and adjusting the pressure if necessary to avoid the damage to the structure. (2) The attention should be paid to inspection of stringing and leaking the slurry. (3) To avoid the stringing slurry by grouting hole, the skipping boring method should be adopted and the intermittent grouting method should be adopted with multiple times of grouting from high pressure to low pressure. (4) Lowering the tube for boring should not damage the internal main reinforcement the tunnel to avoid the appearance of damage arisen by the stress concentration, resulting in lowering the safety coefficient.
