Abstract:Research purposes:At present, China is deficient in the theory, the method and the practical experience for planning the logistics center of land port featured with itself characteristics . This paper systematically analyzes the importance of planning and building the logistics center of land port in the northern part of China and the plan for Railway Internal Logistics Center in Manzhouli for summarizing the experience to guide the planning the logistics park.
Research conclusions: For the in land port in Manzhouli, the principal character is to need transship transport for the different track gauges. The current land ports in the northern part of China are lagging in infrastructure construction, are insufficient in functions and have no industrial bases featured with itself characters. When the plan was made for the logistics center in Manzhouli, the following issues were mainly analyzed: rational division in functions among the existing logistics facilities, the connection of the existing facilities with the relevant planning, the adaptability of planning to the topographic and natural conditions and dealing with the transship transport among the different track gauges . In planning the logistics center in Manzhouli, the most successful points were to reasonably plan the quasi-wide gauge system in railway logistics park, establish personalized automobile supply chain according to its feature and build comprehensive strategic loading area for bulk materials.
