Abstract：Management on establishing excellent project is a kind of systems engineering. The paper introduces the kinds of excellent projects, their characteristics and developing processes. Rather overall summaries and descriptions concerned with general procedures and working methods of establishing excellent project for architectural construction enterprises arc put forward, emphasized on the important role of the planning for establishing excellent project during the management for establishing excellent project. At the same time, the opinions and suggestions arc proposed according to the problems existing in the current works for establishing excellent project. It is aimed at to assist the architectural construction enterprises for establishing excellent project effectively and raising the level of engineering quality commonly, so as to attain the purposes of creating famous brand, establishing credit, occupying market and increasing benefits.
