Abstract:According to the geological features of the exit portal of Pengshui tunnel with shallow depth,rich ground water and bedding strata,numerical analysis of the construction technique for the large span tunnel is carried out by means of elasto-plastic finite clement method in this paper. Meanwhile,the pipe-roof grouting and pile anchoring method have been adopted also to strengthen the bedding strata of the large span tunnel. It has been verified that the method and measures presented in this paper can not only safeguard the driving of the tunnel with adverse geological strata,but also enhance the construction progress as well ,and has gained desired effect.
