Abstract:Adopting the malposition theory among the metal crystal, the deformed consolidation happening in champ III has been described in this paper. According to the analysis of strength and the past processing on producing clamp III, after being pre-pressed, the remained distortion in clamp III is reduced and the strength of clamp could be ensured. It is good to advance the quality of high speed and heavy haul railways.
