Abstract：During the electrification engineering of the Ha'erbin-Dalian Railway, not only the advanced technique, materials and machineries were imported from Germany, but also the Germany's operating experiences for construction organization were absorbed and utilized. The main contents and the main advantages of the management model of procedural construction organization for catenary in electrification engineering of the Ha-Da electrified railway are introduced in this paper.
