Abstract：This paper discusses the principle of constructin at first. It suggests that the railway must satisfy the requirement of not only the continental bridge but also the railway network. It gives the railway stiuation today in the West China and draws a sketch of the railway network，including the road stretching abroad and linking the harbours-The suggestions in this pa per coincides with the plan by Ministry of Railways，but some of them are developed or elongated.
