Abstract：The autho r int roduced the course of the desig n, calculation and const ruction about using cable to li ft the hig hway simply suppo rted beam, solv ed the pro blem successfully that the beam can 't be li f ted at the same time and can 't be taken it s locatio n o ne time. The autho r t ried to reduce the compression on the tow er a nd deck by means of using stays joining the bo ttom of the two tow ers.
