Abstract：The urban rail transit is the important means to solve the current urban traffic jam. The development of private and public cars should be restricted, whose serious consequences should be taken into special attention. The difficult problem of current urban traffic jam cannot be resolved by using the intelligent traffic. Therefore, the urban subway and the urban light rail should be developed vigorously. The conceptions should be confirmed during the development, and the orders of "safety, reliable, applicable, economy and advance" should be treated correctly.
