Abstract:State-owned enterprise faces chance and challenge synchronously to adapt to market economy. But the reform and development of state-owned enterprise have been influenced and bound to the present development and management of human source, which are not suitable for the development of the situation,and the present needs. It is necessary to explore and practise a suitable management model of human source for the needs of the reform and development of stated-owned enterprise in order to resolve the problems mentioned above.
