Abstract:Research purposes:The blasting stone amount is up to 130 thousand cubic meters of stone for expanding the road cutting on the left side of the subgrade of existing railway under complicated construction condition with many important facilities nearby, such as electric power lines, communication lines, underground pipeline and military communication lines. In order not to reduce the traffic capacity of the rail way, the safety of weak and loss blasting should be ensured under complicated environmental condition.
Research conclusions:According to the environmental and geological conditions, the low going and small boring diameter bench loose blasting, blasting for pre-crack of side slope and movable track panel were adopted for blasting stone for expanding the road cutting of Guiyang-Guilin Railway, and based on the test and analysis of the blasting effect, the suitable blasting parameters for the local condition, safety management method and protective measure for safety are put forward. With these technologies and measures , the blasting operation is completed rapidly for blasting stones for expanding the road cutting of Guiyang-Guilin Railway, obtaining the level and stable side slope of the road cutting, good blasting effect and perfect economic and environmental benefits .
