Abstract:Research purposes: With enlarging the development scale of urban underground space,a number of tunnels and underground works have to under—pass the existing buildings.In order to ensure the safety of the surface building, the reliable and effective measures must be taken to support the buildings.
Research conclusions: Through comparison and choice of the protective schemes for the building around the shallow buried,the scheme of grouting reinforcement was proposed for the protection of buildings for the first time in this paper.Through the study and test results,the foundation grouting and trace grouting could effectively control the building settlement.Adopting the building protection scheme,the grouting parameters,uplifting value,uplifting rate and SO on should be adjusted.
