Abstract In order to solve the short comings of grouting section by section in the saturated aquifer of sand stratum, such as the difficulty on formation of boied-hole, larger volume of the boring machine, easy deformation of PV C plastic grouting tube under pressure,higher cost, etc, by developing the TSS-type grouting tube with its application in the saturated aquifer of sand stratum, the technology of one-directional valve-typed small—iiameter grouting tube had been established- This technology quickened the rate of engineering progress and reduced the construction cost greatly. This pa per introduces mainly the design and the experiment of the non-return valve and the one-directional stop-grouting system of the TSS grouting tube, as well as the construction technology on the application of TSS grouting tube in the saturated aquifer of sand stratum.
