Abstract First of all, the correct power calculation on entire car must be made during the domestication of rail grinding car. Based on the operation characteristics of rail grinding train, the traction calculation method for made during the domestication of railway locomotive and the theory of metal cutting at grinding wheel cutting rail, this paper sums up the method of power calculation on rail grinding train.
