Research on the Pre-reserved Upgrading Scheme for Subway Station in Beijing South Traffic Terminal |
MA Wei, GAO Hong |
Research purposes:The long-term expectation shows the subway in Beijing South Traffic Terminal will serve the 50% passengers from the railway, so the pre-reserved upgrading design of the subway station in Beijing South Traffic Terminal is essential to the terminal. This paper studies the pre-reserved upgrading scheme for the subway station and recommends the upgrading scheme for achieving the goal of passenger transferring from railway to subway with convenience and high efficiency.
Research conclusions:By discussing and studying the design of pre-reserved upgrading scheme for the subway station in Beijing South Traffic Terminal, this paper offers two upgrading schemes for subway station, namely prolonging the total length of the platform and prolonging the platform length in part. After verification and analyses, it is believed prolonging the total length of the platform is better than prolonging the platform length in part for an island-type station. |
