Abstract：The BOT investment mode is an investment means for the construction of basic installations which is popular international in present times. The studies are put forward concerned with the following aspects of the BOT investment mode, such as its superiorities, risks, participants, implementation conditions, etc. The feasibilities of applying the BOT investment mode for problems are proposed, and clear conclusion has been railway construction in China are analyzed, the existing obtained.
