建筑企业数字化转型面临的挑战和应对策略

摘要 研究目的:全球经济正从工业经济向数字经济加速转型,建筑业数字化水平一直处于较低水平,建筑企业在数字化转型工作中面临着较大挑战,本文结合建筑企业数字化转型实践,对数字化转型过程中面临的挑战和应对策略进行了研究。
研究结论:(1)分析了建筑企业数字化转型过程中存在数字化基础薄弱、基础设施投资逐渐放缓、建筑工人老龄化严重等现状;(2)提出了建筑企业面临着数字化要求高、数字化竞争激烈、建筑企业对战略目标和路径规划不清晰、信息化能力难以应对复杂要求等挑战;(3)提出了开展顶层设计对标对表靶向施治、打造数字产业板块融入数字经济、推动数字化生产研发制造数字装备智能升级、结合上下游产业切入进行数字化转型等建筑企业数字化转型应对策略;(4)本文研究可为建筑企业开展数字化转型工作提供参考。

Abstract：Research purposes: The global economy is accelerating its transformation from an industrial economy to a digital economy. The digitalization level of the construction industry is at a relatively low level. Construction enterprises are facing great challenges in the digital transformation work. Combined with the digital transformation practice of construction enterprises, this paper studies the challenges and coping strategies in the process of digital transformation.
Research conclusions:(1) The current situations in the process of digital transformation of construction enterprises are analyzed, such as the weak digital foundation, the gradual slowdown of China's infrastructure investment, and the serious aging of construction workers. (2) It is proposed that construction enterprises are faced with challenges such as high digital requirements, fierce digital competition, unclear strategic goals and path planning for construction enterprises, and informatization capabilities difficult to cope with complex requirements. (3) The digital transformation response strategies of construction enterprises are proposed, such as carrying out top-level design benchmarking and table-targeted governance, creating a digital industry sector to integrate into the digital economy, promoting the intelligent upgrade of digital production, R&D, and manufacturing digital equipment, and combining upstream and downstream industries to carry out digital transformation. (4) The research in this paper can provide a reference for construction enterprises to carry out digital transformation work.
