Abstract:Research purposes: At present, the maximum operation speed of high-speed railway at home and abroad is 350 km/h. Recently, some countries have proposed the intention of building 400 km/h high-speed railway, a large number of higher speed tests have been carried out on high-speed railway at home and abroad, abundant experimental data and scientific research achievements have been accumulated, which provides a theoretical basis for the research of key technologies of higher speed railway. It is of great significance to study the key technologies of 400 km/h high-speed railway and formulate corresponding technical standards for improving the technical standard system of China′s high-speed railway and leading the technical development of the world's high-speed railway. This paper analyzes the maximum operation and test speed and theoretical speed of high-speed railway at home and aborad, explains the main technical standards, and makes an economic analysis, which has a strong reference and guidance for similar projects. Research conclusions: (1) The main technical standards of 400 km/h high-speed railway, such as construction gauge, design live load, subgrade, bridge, tunnel, maintain the current 350 km/h design standard. (2) The equipment system design standard of 400 km/h high-speed railway basically maintains the current 350 km/h design standard, and only the contact wire material and contact tension are strengthened. (3) The minimum curve radius of 400 km/h high-speed railway is generally 8 000 m, and 7 000 m is difficult, 9 000 m is preferred when conditions permit. The distance of double lines is maintained the current design standard of 350 km/h. (4) The vehicle body sealing index of 400 km/h EMU shall not be less than 10 s, and the vehicle body strength shall not be less than 8 kPa. (5) The design standard of 400 km/h high-speed railway is of great significance to guide the design of high-speed railway and lead the development of high-speed railway in the world.
