The paper a naly zes the failure of precasting the PC beams in si tu fo r a certain highw ay bridge, and pro po ses the co rrespo nding measures fo r the co nst ructio n of the posttensioning precast PC beams. These measures w ere applied on the Kunming-Qujing ex pressw ay, and g ood resul t had been obtained.
