For engineering projcets,the paper expounds the main missions of the construaction quality management in work site. Several important works which shoud be done well are also described in de?tail as follows；doing well the examination of design drawings,doing well the technical illustration and making sure the plan of quality management,opening up pre-construction inspection works,doing well technical check,material test,examination and acceptance of concealed works and partial works,as well as the final quality acceptance and evaluation works.
