ANALYSIS OF BEARING CAPACITY OF PILES IN SOFT FOUNDATION

Abstract

This paper intends to illustrate the ultimate bearing capacity of pile in soft foundation. Under circular load，the bearing capacity of pile is obtained by stress at different positions and settlement of pile butt. According to the result of test piling，the cause of error is analyzed based on the theoretical formulas.
