Due to the development of economy in the world and the variations of the international market of labourers， the export of Chinese labourers is facing a rare opportunity and severe chellenge. In general view， the export of Chinese labourers has enormous potentailities and wide prospects， but there are many problems occurred in their developing course which should be solved as soon as possible. These problems and their solving countermeasures are expounded and explored in this paper.
